U.S. and other nationals may require a visa. Please notify the organisers in advance to include registered attendees in the group visas that will be requested.

The organisers have notified the diplomatic missions of the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Brazil and are in contact with them.

🚍 Transport & Security Inside Venezuela

Our registration package includes transport between Maiquetia International Airport and the Eurobuilding Hotel, as well as to the various scheduled activities.

We will also have private security alongside our organised transport and scheduled activities.
